Conscious rope is an exploration of trust, sensation, and the dance between holding and being held. Whether you are drawn to the meditative stillness of being bound or the deep presence required to hold another, this practice invites you into a space of embodied connection.

Each session is tailored to your experience level and desires, whether you seek relaxation, exploration, or a deeper understanding of the interplay between surrender and control.

I use the rope as a tool, as an extension of my arms to hold you closer, to hold you with more depth.

Using the rope as an extension of my arms, diving deeply into presence, sensing into the person in front of me. Sensing every movement, watching every response. Using the rope to caress and capture the body. Exploring ways to support you into surrender.

Couple sessions

Ropes can be a beautiful symbol of connection. Creating a visual bond between two people. Showing it by connecting two separate individuals into unity.

Workshops

The workshops are designed as an Exploration in connection. As an opportunity to learn more about yourself, your vulnerability, your strength and the energy that emerges in the moment. The methods are simple with a focus on the connection, not on technical knots.

An experiment in surrender and a dance in connection!

Each session is always started with a cup of tea and a landing conversation, where you are invited to listen to the signs of the body. To listen inwards to the wisdom and need of the body in this very moment. Sometimes we come with ideas and dreams we have built up beforehand and sometimes they need to be spoken and made irrelevant as there is a need for something totally different in this moment.
To listen for what is alive in the moment and in the meeting. Then the rest of the session emerges from this initial exploration.

Each session is unique as each and every meting is unique. Bring your longings and an open mind.

I offer private Consious rope sessions in Lund, Sweden.

For men, women and couples.

A typical session is 120 minutes and costs 2 500 SEK

Once you are ready to dedicate yourself:

Packages of 5 sessions 11 000 SEK (Value 12 500)

A booking fee of 500 SEK is requested to confirm the timing.

Cancelation of booked sessions needs to be received minimum 48 hours in advance or the full fee will be charged. Cancelations earlier than 48 hours before are charged 100 SEK as administration fee.

Every session is a genuine meeting, here and now. It is an invitation to connect with a deeper part of yourself. With loving, presence I am here to receive you, with full focus on you and your needs.
