Embodied Play and Conscious rope An exploration in playfulness
Welcome to a 5 hour workshop of play and fun. Starting with playing with the body, diving home into our senses, awakening our primal moves and our own inner child’s playfulness. Moving into a play of connection and potential surrender, with ropes as a tool to continue the play in meeting with others.
How can you let go of all the adulthood and shift into the perspective of play and fun? What may we find that comes alive within our bodies? Do you want to come play with us?
To truly understand the word play we must act it out. Our bodies are made to move, to explore, and to engage with the environment around us. When we act out our actions in play, we engage multiple facets of our being - our muscles, our minds, our emotions, and our spirits.…
